Ocean Magnesium is a supersaturated solution of Ancient Zechstein Sea Magnesium Chloride with natural Trace Minerals and MSM in pure distilled water. Absorbed rapidly.

Apply 8 – 10 sprays twice daily on whole body, you can include bottom of feet.

Apply to clean skin (after shower), avoid sensitive areas and broken skin – rub in well. A tingling/stinging sensation can occur with first few applications, this will decrease with regular use. Wait at least 20 min after applying magnesium oil to skin before washing/wiping it off, for best results leave on after application.
