Suggested use: Start with ½ to 1 rounded teaspoon, work up to 1-2 teaspoons per day. 1tsp in morning and 1tsp early afternoon. Not recommended late afternoon as it may stimulate energy levels.
Add MSM to a small glass of water/juice/tea/coffee – stir and wait for crystals to dissolve. The taste is bitter. Note: Crystals take a while to dissolve completely in liquid – can be swallowed if not completely dissolved.
We recommend taking the MSM with 1tsp of Ascorbic Acid ( VIT C ) powder – this gives it a sour taste but the benefit of MSM with the Vit C is excellent.
